HEAT TREAT cake mix by microwaving it in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F, or bake at 350°F for 5–7 minutes. Let cool completely.
Add the cheesecake filling, Cool Whip, marshmallow fluff, heat-treated cake mix, and 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles to a large bowl. Mix everything together until smooth and fluffy.
Melt the white chocolate with a small amount of coconut oil. Divide into separate bowls and color with food coloring. Spoon into Halloween silicone molds and let set completely.
Spoon the cheesecake dip into a serving bowl. Top with the Halloween chocolate pieces and spooky sprinkles.
Chill for 20–30 minutes if you’d like a thicker consistency.
