Oreo Bark

The method

   On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange Oreo cookies in an even layer.

   Microwave mini marshmallows and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring between until smooth.

   Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cookies and spread it evenly.

   Microwave chocolate bars in 30-second intervals until smooth, then spread over the marshmallow layer.

   Sprinkle with mini Oreo cookies and marshmallow bits.

   Allow to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until set, then slice or break into pieces and enjoy!
