In a saucepan, heat the water with the salted butter and sugar until the butter is completely melted.
Turn off the heat, then add the flour all at once. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
Turn the heat back on and cook the dough for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, to dry it out.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, until you get a smooth and soft dough.
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a 6B star piping tip.
Heat the oil. Pipe the dough directly into the hot oil and cut it into small pieces to form mini churros.
Fry until golden brown and crispy.
Drain and immediately toss them in sugar.
Serve with a mini pot of Nutella for dipping.
