Serves

Form 2 lbs of ground beef into 6 (1/3 lb) burger patties and season both sides with burger seasoning.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry burgers in skillet until fully cooked (165 degrees F) and remove them from the pan. Work in batches if needed.
Remove all but about 1 tbsp of grease from frying the burgers. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
Once the mushrooms are golden, add minced garlic and stir well.
Add butter and flour and stir those together and let cook for at least 1 minute.
Add beef broth, heavy cream, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until everything thickens.
Lower the heat to low heat and add the hamburger steaks back into the skillet.
Cover with gravy and let sit for a few minutes. Top with dried parsley.
Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy!
