The method

  1. Put 1½ cups uncooked rice and 3 cups water in your rice cooker. Start it and let the rice cook.

  2. Cut your 3 lbs of steak into small pieces. Chop your 3 peppers into small pieces. Mix 39g Kinder’s seasoning into the steak.

  3. Put your steak and peppers in the skillet. Stir as they cook. Cook until the steak is done and the peppers are soft.

  4. Make your garlic Parmesan sauce. Put these in a bowl: 400g plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 70g grated Parmesan, 8g garlic powder, 5g onion powder, 4g smoked paprika, 2g black pepper. Stir until smooth. Taste it before adding salt.

  5. Turn your skillet to low heat. Add all the cooked rice. Add all the sauce. Add the whole bag of fat free mozzarella. Mix well until the cheese melts. Keep the heat low so the sauce does not boil.

  6. Split everything into 7 meal prep containers. Give each one about the same amount of steak and rice. Keep the food weight in each container within 20 to 30 grams of the others.
